Protective Measures Being Taken to Keep Our Community Safe
Here at Liberty Comfort Systems, we are closely monitoring COVID-19 and its impact on our local community. We take the safety of our employees and customers seriously. As a service-based business entering many homes each day, we have designed a plan to help reduce the spread of illness and still provide the same great service you have grown to know and trust.
Liberty Comfort Systems’ Promise To You:
We will monitor each employee’s health on a daily basis before dispatching them to your home. If an employee becomes ill, we will follow the active protocol to send them home for self-monitoring. We are also practicing social distancing both at work and at home.
Employee’s not feeling well are encouraged to stay home until feeling better and may use sick time and/or PTO as necessary. This will continue to be evaluated over the next several weeks to ensure an employee is not financially penalized for staying home. If an employee becomes sick, we are asking for a doctor’s approval that they may safely return to work.
All employees are equipped with N95 masks, disposable gloves, and anti-bacterial sanitizer and wipes. We will wear gloves in EVERY home and will use masks if they become necessary. Employees have been instructed to practice social distancing with customers and use good hygiene. We have asked that each employee wash their hands for 20 seconds using soap and hot water, use sanitizer when entering or exiting customers’ homes, wear disposable gloves, wipe down vehicle handles, steering wheels, disinfect common surfaces, and their tools.
